New Book Illuminates the Birth of Modern Architecture in San Diego
The Distinct Modernism of San Diego tells the story of the emergence of a distinct modernism in San Diego over the course of the twentieth century. The story begins with Irving J. Gill and explores his legacy in the city through an examination of the work of seven other architects.
The book will be prominently displayed at the pop-up store for the upcoming American Institute of Architects' Conference on Architecture & Design in San Diego between June 10-13.
