Mirador: A space for work, contemplation, and gathering. From the terraces of the Retiro neighborhood in Buenos Aires, the city offers a different reading. New perspectives emerge of its parks, historic buildings, and domes floating above the fast-paced rhythm of downtown Buenos Aires. Within this interplay of contrasts, the Mirador project arises as both an exercise in observation and a space for gathering and belonging.
