Text description provided by the architects. The Alva House is located within a gated community in Londrina, Paraná, and was designed with the purpose of being sold, without a predefined client. The primary goal was to create a project capable of accommodating diverse family profiles. The sloping plot presented an initial challenge due to its elevation relative to the street. To address this, the land was leveled, enabling the construction of a two-story house.
