CFL Participações, located in the Higienópolis neighborhood in São Paulo, is an architectural project developed by Península Arquitetura, which also managed the execution of the work. The main objective was to create an office that balanced employee privacy with an efficient and visual relationship with common spaces, promoting harmonious and functional integration. The spatial planning was meticulous, incorporating various functional areas such as Secretaries, Rooms for Associates, Meeting, Legal, HR, Investment, Pantry, and Call Booths. The rooms were designed to ensure privacy while remaining connected to common spaces, facilitating interaction and exchange among users.
