Text description provided by the architects. One of the most distinctive aspects of Water House is the integration of water into its design. It not only serves as an aesthetic resource in connection with the natural landscape of the river, but it also actively incorporates itself into the design as a key element that defines the spaces. The design materializes in a combination of exposed concrete, wood, and glass, creating a structure that balances the solidity and warmth of the materials. The horizontal elements of concrete provide firmness, while the wood softens the overall composition, and the glass allows for a sense of visual lightness, connecting the interior spaces with the surroundings.
