Text description provided by the architects. The project consists of the renovation of an uninhabited apartment, representative of 1970s residential architecture. With solid construction and a well-structured layout, the space proved to be an excellent starting point for the renovation. The presence of original materials such as carpets, wallpaper with expressive patterns, and decorative glass served as inspiration for a reinterpretation of the domestic lifestyle of the era through a surgical and contemporary approach.
