Text description provided by the architects. This vintage apartment of just over 1,180 square feet (110m²) in the Paulista Avenue area of São Paulo had already been Gabriel's home years prior. He was particularly fond of the location and the property's features, such as the large windows, generous spaces, and hardwood flooring. Upon discovering the apartment was up for sale, he decided to buy it and move back in—this time with the opportunity to renovate and further enhance everything the space had to offer.
