Located at the intersection of Rua dos Pinheiros and Rua Francisco Leitão in São Paulo, the Esquina Building proposes an architectural reflection on the occupation of the street corner in a prominent neighborhood as a place of confluence and gathering. Designed by UNA barbara e valentim for the developer Nortis, the project draws from the heterogeneity of the surroundings and the density of Pinheiros to develop an architecture that combines mixed-use, typological diversity, and more open, direct urban relationships.
