Text description provided by the architects. On the outskirts of Balcarce, a hill appears interrupted by a precise void: a sharp cut in the hillside, a missing piece that becomes a landmark. The house takes this "bite" as a starting point and organizes its entire volume around that absence. Rather than an isolated object, it is conceived as a viewing device: a heavy roof that aligns with the silhouette of the hill and establishes, in the foreground, a new geometry from which to reinterpret the landscape.
